Lukács Bath (Lukács Gyógyfürdő)
The bathhouse, which has existed since the Turkish occupation in the Middle Ages, was the favorite bathing place of Pasha Mustafa. After the liberation of Buda from Turkish rule in 1686, the baths became the property of the State Treasury.
The complex of thermal medical and swimming pools, entertainment pools, wellness sections and saunas offer visitors a wide range of services. Favorite meeting place for intellectuals, artists and politicians in Budapest. It is believed that the water of the Lukács baths has the strongest medical effect among all the baths in Budapest.
